Dougie Baird: Trained as an Environmental Scientist and joined COAT from the National Trust For Scotland in 2008. At NTS he was Project Manager for the "Scotland's Mountain Heritage Project" - developing and delivering this major Heritage Lottery Funded project working in Torridon, Glencoe, Arran, Kintail and on Ben Lomond.
